What is Real Training International?

Real Training International is a coaching, mentoring and training organisation for all
aspects
of Real Estate. The basis of our training is "how to" strategies and not motivational hype.

Our training materials are constantly updated through our continual contact with Real Estate worldwide. Real Training International currently works with Principals and Salespeople in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Asia and South Africa.

1000's have trained with Real Training International and benefited with higher earnings and better lifestyles.

Real Training International believes that the Real Estate Industry has unnecessarily suffered from a poor reputation. This reputation is the result of a number of customers using the Industry's services, and coming out of the other end saying

  • "That was terrible"
  •  "We could have got more money"
  • "The salesperson didn't do much"

This perceived poor service is intriguing, when, all over the world surveys show that the biggest source of listings is referrals.

Our Vision Is Based On Two Principles:

  1. That the customers and clients that use the Industry's services were not stupid. They know what they want and it involves a consultative process whereby as a seller, they get to make choices they feel good about throughout the whole transaction.

  2. This business should not be your life, it should be what funds what you want to do with your life. Both Managers and Salespeople run the risk of becoming tired, stressed, and burnt out which affects not only on the work they do but how they relate to their families.

The answer to this is in two parts:

  1. Systems. From prospecting to presentation. From a business plan that sets out what it is you want from your year to client base marketing and customer service. All are systemised and Real Training International has some of the best systems in the Industry. You will strategise with Peter as to what is needed and then be supplied with the resources you need to get on your way.

  2. Balance. The art of earning high income and staying focussed, yet making sure life does not pass you by. From the ideas on stress reduction to thoughts and systems to ensure your family remain a high priority. Real Training International can show you how to increase earnings yet enjoy life to its fullest.  Part of the uniqueness of Peter's coaching is his ability to 'unblock' your management style if that is necessary.  Then momentum happens and you grow - fast!

We provide coaching, training and consultation services across four main areas within the real estate industry: -

  1. Management & Leadership (Agency Principals and Managers),
  2. Salesmanship & Negotiation (Salespeople and Sale PA's).
